Why we started Fractal CSOs.

 At Fractal CSOs, we are excited about the value-creating potential for organizations that fully integrate sustainability across their strategy and operations. Given, that sustainability sits at the crossroads of societal need, business strategy, stakeholder engagement, reporting, geopolitical tensions... it is not a simple undertaking. It requires experience, a multi-disciplinary approach and the ability to wrestle complexity into action and tangible value. Change requires traction and traction requires friction, which is what makes change so hard. Having lived it, we get it.  

We are a network of practitioners that coach companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes across a wide variety of industries to move forward faster and stay on the path, whether you’re just getting started in your sustainability journey or are already well on your way. While no one has seen it all, with over 150 years in the space we have seen a lot. We can help as we have hit roadblocks and overcome them.
